Students who are within the age of 12-20 with RAD Intermediate Foundation equivalent standard or above are welcome to apply.

Terms and Conditions

1. Places are offered on a “first-come first-served” basis. However, Jean M. Wong School of Ballet reserves the right to refuse any person, at its discretion, at any time during the course if that person is not suitable for the program or incompatible with the general enjoyment and well being of the course. In these instances no refund will be made. 

2. Jean M. Wong School of Ballet reserves the right to alter the advertised program and faculty as necessary without prior notice. 

3. Jean M. Wong School of Ballet will not be responsible for any injury or for the loss of any property within the School's premises.

4. Jean M. Wong School of Ballet will not be responsible for any improper behaviour of the participants.

5. All fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable in any cases.

6. Initial class/level placement is based on students’ technique and ability and is at teachers’ discretion. He/she will be allocated to the suitable level at the end of the first week of the program. Students are expected to attend classes assigned to them.

7. International students are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance during the program period.

8. Students are expected to observe the terms and conditions set out by the School.

Application Check List

• Completed application form

• Two passport size photos (showing head and shoulders)

• Three photos in dance clothes showing
  (1st Arabesque en l’air, 2nd Arabesque en l’air and Tendu devant en efface)

• Photocopies of the last two ballet examination results

• Appropriate school fee

Additional Information for International Applicants

• Dance video (please refer to the “Video Requirements” on the website)

• Health report (A written confirmation to confirm the health condition is fit for taking our summer course).

• A letter of guardianship (for students under 18)

• For an applicant under the age of 18, he/she has to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian during the period of stay in Hong Kong

• Accommodation fee (if applicable)

Additional Information for Scholarship Applicants

• Dance video (please refer to the “Video Requirements” on the website)

• Recommendation letter from a dance teacher

• A non-refundable audition fee of HK$200/ US$25
